Our membership year corresponds to the calendar year and ends on December 31st. However, if you join or renew after the end of high school softball playoffs (first weekend in June) your membership is active for the remainder of the current calendar year and the entire next calendar year.

COACHES MUST BE VOTING MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION TO NOMINATE PLAYERS FOR POST-SEASON AWARDS. You can be an advocate for your players and high school softball in North Carolina by becoming a member of NCSCA.

To join or renew your expired membership, go to the "Join Us" page and join online. After processing, you will receive your login information. Be aware that there is a screening process in place to insure that applicants are, in fact, on a high school softball coaching staff. This process takes time. Joining and paying your dues at the last minute on the last day for post-season awards nominations will not guarantee you access to the nomination form.
